Welcome ​

This documentation describes how to work with the VLIZ DAMS — the Digital Asset Management System used by the Flanders Marine Institute. The platform is built on Elody, an open-source semantic data platform.

It targets two audiences:

  • VLIZ collection managers — uploading and curating media, albums, maps, archival collections, and publications.
  • Inuits engineers / integrators — extending the data model, configuring imports, and integrating with the API.
